Returns Policy
You may return goods within seven days of receipt and we will ensure that your payment is refunded, or provide a replacement.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us, in the first instance, by email. We require you to return the goods to us for inspection the cost of returning goods to be borne by you. On inspection, if goods are found to be faulty we will refund the cost of postage/return in addition to the cost of the goods. Natco Online will not be liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit and we recommend that you get proof of posting.
