Returns & Refunds Policy

For food safety reasons we do not accept returns. If you have a quality issue or problem with one of our products, please would you email us and include a photo showing the problem and we will be able to provide a refund. We may also arrange for a pre-paid bag to be sent to you so that we can collect the product in case we need to investigate the issue further.  Please don't hesitate to get in touch at onlineorders@natcofoods.com
