The ready mixed base for all Chicken curries. Alternatively sprinkle a little on the skin of roasting chicken or sprinkle lightly as a seasoning.
Suggested Recipe: Chicken Curry
Recipe Ingredients: 500g Chicken, 50g Sliced Onions, 100g Coconut, 3 tbsp Ginger Paste, 3 tbsp Garlic Paste, 50g Oil/Ghee, 50g Sliced Tomatoes, 25g Roasted Cashews, 1 Cup Water, 3 tbsp Mangal Chicken Masala.
Method: Mix Mangal Chicken Masala, Ginger, Garlic, Coconut and Water to form a thick paste. Heat Ghee/Oil in a deep pan and add the paste, sliced tomatoes and onions. Add chicken and cool until chicken turns tendered and garnish with roasted cashews. Serve Hot.
