Demerara Sugar is made from raw cane sugar, with a large grain, crunchy texture. It is pale brown in colour due to its molasses content, and is more healthy than white sugar.

Our products are manufactured in a site that handles gluten, soya, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, celery and sulphites.
